Enrollment
Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child is simple. Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our center. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us and learn more about what we have to offer. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. We request that children be present during the tour.
School Calendar / Holidays
The center will be closed or has changes to it's regular hours of operations on the following holidays annually:
- New Years Day (January 1st)
- Memorial Day (May)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (September)
- Columbus Day (October)
- Veterans Day (November 11th)
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving (Thursday/Friday in November)
- Christmas Eve (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- New Year’s Eve (December 31st)
- As well as at least 2 Teacher In-Service days
Additional closures or early release days may vary annually
At Creative Imaginations we use the Brightwheel app to communicate daily with our families. Once enrolled, you'll receive an email or text inviting you to set up your Brightwheel account upon enrollment. This app lets you communicate with your child's teacher or our main office, handle tuition payments, and receive daily updates about your child.
Here's how to get started:
Set up your Brightwheel account. Once you receive the invitation, create your parent account either on the Brightwheel website or mobile app. Use the same email or phone number to which the invite was sent.
Verify your child's profile. After account creation, you'll see your child's profile. You can confirm details like birthdays, allergies, and emergency contacts here. If your child's profile isn't visible, please reach out to us with the email or phone number you used for registration.
Customize account settings: Within the app, you can adjust your notification preferences in the profile settings.

Enter payment information: Brightwheel provides a secure, automated online payment system. This feature not only saves time but also offers enhanced tools and detailed payment reports.
